Continuing Professional Development

– Moving Matters –

At Moving Matters one of our key values is we reflect, learn and improve.

Because of this, we guarantee you will improve your current skill-set and develop new knowledge through our learning and development programme, which includes personalised support from our leadership team and opportunities to attend courses and workshops.

Career Progression Opportunities

– Moving Matters –

We pride ourselves on helping individuals grow and enhancing their opportunities if/when they leave Moving Matters.

Amongst this, we create a pathway for internal employees to progress as our current leadership team consists of individuals who started as apprentices or PE Specialists.

Lastly, we allow a certain amount of flexibility to individuals who have other interests, for example: professional football, coaching, etc.

Well Being

– Moving Matters –

Well-being is essential for the performance of our team and that’s why all employees receive 0.5 days a week to plan and prepare.

As well as this we like to ensure all employees get adequate rest for the year and get 23 days off a year not including the Christmas Period.

Fun

– Moving Matters –

The same way we make PE and physical activity fun for children is the same way we like to make work fun for our team here at Moving Matters.

Whether it be 5-a-side or darts, there’s never a dull moment at a team social and we ensure you will have a great time meeting our unbelievable team.

We also have a highly competitive Fantasy Football league every year!
