Amongst this, we create a pathway for internal employees to progress as our current leadership team consists of individuals who started as apprentices or PE Specialists.
Lastly, we allow a certain amount of flexibility to individuals who have other interests, for example: professional football, coaching, etc.

Well Being
– Moving Matters –
Well-being is essential for the performance of our team and that’s why all employees receive 0.5 days a week to plan and prepare.
As well as this we like to ensure all employees get adequate rest for the year and get 23 days off a year not including the Christmas Period.

Primary PE Specialist (Sports Coach)
Role: Full-Time Sports Coach
Location: South London Schools
Start Date: January 2024
Salary: £21,000 – £24,000
Responsibilities:
- Delivering and Co-ordinating PE to all children across their school
- Coaching at After School Clubs
- Developing Community Links
- Preparing and taking children to Competitions
- Create a positive team environment
- Monitor the progress of students and feedback to schools in the form of reports
Apprentice Sports Coach (South London)
Role: Apprentice Sports Coach
Location: South London Schools
Contract Length: 18 Months
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with a Senior Sports Coach to understand what is expected
- Delivering and Co-ordinating PE to all children across their school
- Coaching at After School Clubs
- Developing Community Links
- Preparing and taking children to Competitions
- Create a positive team environment
- Monitor the progress of students and feedback to schools in the form of report
Wage: £4.50 – £6 per hour

Volunteer Roles
Role: Competitions Support, PE Support, Holiday Camps Support
Location: South London Schools
Duties:
- Assist Coaches / Primary PE Specialists and gain valuable experience in a developing field
Requirements: Willingness to learn. Interest in Sports Coaching
Time: Flexible – Weekdays and Weekend Mornings, Holidays
Wage: Unpaid with a progress pathway to a paid role

Volunteer Football Coach – South London (Lambeth)
Role: Volunteer Football Coach
Location: Elmgreen School, SE27 9BZ
Contract Length: 3 Months
Duties:
- Collaborate with the Lead Football Coach
- Assist in organising training sessions, including warm-up, drills and matches
- Communicate with parents on-site regarding safeguarding and progress points of the session
Requirements: Great communication skills and a desire to learn
Time: Saturday Mornings 10:15 – 12:15 (Opportunity to work school holidays also)
Wage: Unpaid with a progress pathway to a paid role
