Working with Nutty's Childrens Parties our camp is for all children aged 6-11 (Years 1-6) and caters for the active and creative!

Julian's Primary School (West Norwood site) 16 Wolfington Road, West Norwood, SE27 0JF - Entrance via Devane way
Easter camp will take place at West Norwood.
Dates: 09th-12th April 2018
Times: 8.30 - 3.30 Standard hours, NO extended day this Easter half term.
Pricing: £27.50 a day.
10% discount until 26th March 2018.

Julian's activity schedule
We DO NOT accept Childcare vouchers at the Sports & Drama camp as this site is NOT Ofsted registered. If you would like to pay using childcare vouchers, you will have to book one of our other camps, Play Create Move or SLD soccer school.

Unfortunately, we're unable to take children in Reception or younger but all others welcome.

Moving Matters: Sports & Drama camp
Terms & Conditions / Information
1. The Contract:
The contract is between Moving Matters and the parent/guardian of the child named on the booking form. By submitting a booking form you agree to the terms and conditions. Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation
Cancellations require 72 hours notice by phone or e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Moving Matters will also give 72 hours notice camp is cancelled.
In the event of camp closure due to a power fault, severe weather conditions or any other extreme circumstance, Moving Matters will not pay any refunds.
Moving Matters reserves the right to cancel any one day if less than 10 people are booked in. In such an event a full refund will be offered.
3. Insurance
Your children are fully covered by our Public Liability Insurance.
4. Medical conditions
Details of any medical conditions or allergies must be given at the time of booking and any relevant medical equipment (inhaler, epi-pen) given to the Camp Director during registration.
5. Behaviour Management Policy
Moving Matters believes that children will flourish best in an atmosphere of mutual respect and encouragement where everyone knows what is expected of them. The Camp Director will discuss behaviour with your children during the orientation session on their first day. We concentrate on encouraging good behaviour and ensuring children enjoy their time at the activity camp. Staff will treat children with respect, promoting an atmosphere of trust. Should the positive atmosphere of the activity camp be compromised by disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, our staff will explain to the child why it is unacceptable. If the problem cannot be resolved, staff may have no choice but to exclude the child from the camp.
6. Your Consent
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree that your child will be involved in multi-sport activities or football, indoor and outdoor and that he/she will receive first aid when needed. For more serious accidents which may require hospital treatment, you will be notified as soon as possible. Emergency services will be called and if deemed necessary medication will be administered by professionals if we are unable to contact you or your nominated emergency contact.
Photos may be taken during the day which may be used in future promotional publications, such as leaflets or the website. You must indicate on our booking form if you want to opt out.

£27.50 per day.

9. Staff
All members of staff are suitably qualified and provide by Moving Matters and Nuttys Parties, all work in primary school's teaching PE, are highly experienced working with children and have a full DBS, child protection and (emergency or paediatric) first aid trained.
10. What to bring:
All children should wear comfortable clothing in which they can play sport. Footwear must be astroturf trainers or normal trainers –no blades or moulded boots.
All children should bring a healthy packed lunch and plenty of water - no fizzy drinks, please.
11. Late Fees
Moving Matters reserves the right to charge parents a late fee. Any collections after 3.45pm, 15 minutes after the end of the camp day (3.30pm), will incur the £5 late fee. The fee goes up £1 for every further minute after the first 15. The late fee must be settled before the return to camp on any future days.
12. Registration
Parents are required to sign in and sign out of holiday camp daily. Parents must also indicate to the Camp Director who will be collecting their child/ren.

14. Refund
We no longer operate a refund policy, however, customers will receive a full credit note which they will be able to use within a period of 9 months from the date of issue. Credit notes are only applied to cancellations of 72 hours or over.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Are you an Ofsted camp registered?
Our camp at The Elmgreen is Ofsted registered but NOT at Julian's.
Registration number EY485421. No other venues are registered with Ofsted.
What time are registration and collection?
Our holiday camps are structured much like the standard school day, with registration starting at 8.30am for a standard day.
We ask that parents allow 10 minutes for registration on the first day of their booking so that all details provided can be checked. Parents are required to sign their children in and out of camp.
The collection time is 3.30pm for a standard day.
The holiday camp activities start around 9.15am and finish around 3.15
At the end of each day of camp, there is an end of day ceremony when the stars of the day are announced to parents and awards presented.
My child has never attended the camp before, how can I book?
Just go to our website under section Parents – Book for holiday camp. And just follow the steps. After you have booked the first time the Open Play booking software will remember your details for future bookings. Any problems give us a call in the office, 02036914576 or 07918744557, our office is open 9.30 - 1 pm every weekday during term time.
Do you have a quick and easy way to book?

Am I entitled to a discount & can I pay cash on the day?
We offer a 10% discount for Early Bird bookings.
Our pricing is inclusive of VAT
We accept cash on the day but this is charged at full rate, no discounts apply due to administration fees.
Can I get a refund if my child can’t attend the camp?
Moving Matters operates A NO REFUND POLICY. However, we will issue a full credit note if you follow our cancellation procedures that you will be able to use within a period of 9 months from the issue dates.
Can I know more about your staff?
All Moving Matters staff are Primary PE Specialists, working in local schools teaching Physical Education. They are leading industry professionals with a wide range of qualifications and experience delivering to primary aged children across the curriculum. All staffs are DBS checked, first aid and child protection trained. Each camp has a Camp Director who is in charge of overseeing the administration, staffing, and running of the day. Any issues can be discussed with the Camp Director at the beginning or end of the day. Do you have a behaviour management procedure?
Yes, we do, at Moving Matters, we believe in the importance of mutual respect between children and adults at camp, children are made aware of these expectations at the beginning of the camp day. We focus on positive reinforcement to manage challenging behaviour and we manage children's behaviour in the same way we would within the school environment. We reserve the right to exclude a child if consistently challenging behaviour is displayed at camp.
