Our Elmgreen Camp has been running for many years and features our Play Create Move and Mini Movers Multisports camps.
We also have our ever-popular Moving Matters Football Camp that continously seems to grow month on month.
We have now introduced Drama and Dance as activities throughout the week.

Immanuel & St Andrew (Streatham)
– Northanger Rd, London SW16 5SL –
Our newest camp, perfectly situated right next to Streatham Common park and station, we introduce our Immanuel & St Andrew Holiday Camp.
Also Ofsted registered, we are able to host full days of camp for children as young as reception.
Debuting during the Mid-Summer half term, this will be a mainstay camp for Moving Matters!

Childcare Vouchers
All activities at our two sites are Ofsted Registered. Our registration number is 2644463
We accept childcare vouchers from a wide range of providers but if yours isn’t listed below, don’t worry, please advise us and we will register an account.
Please note details of how to book when using vouchers below. Your payment MUST have cleared our account before your first day at camp.

Please only use the name of the childcare provider as voucher code when paying for your booking.

Instructions
- Apply childcare provider’s name as the voucher code then proceed to payment.
- The code overrides the amount owed make sure to make a note of the amount you must then pay through your vouchers.
- Any miscalculation of fees paid will be communicated to you and you will be required to pay the difference in cash at camp

1. Booking must be made as normal using the tab book now below.
2. On the final booking page enter the voucher code : Taxfree
Select apply and then confirm your booking.

I am concerned about the safety of my child at camp.
We have carefully planned camp, with safety of children and staff as paramount. Our risk assessment provides more detail and can be found below. You will also find government guidance on eligibility for camp at the top of this page.
We have numerous measures in place to ensure child safety and will constantly review and update procedures according to guidelines and our experiences at camp.

What time is registration and collection?
08:30- 15:30
For extended day, pick up is 17:00
What ages do you accept (school year groups)?
Reception Children must book either a morning or afternoon session to comply with government guidelines.
Mini Movers – Current Years 1 and 2
SLD and Play Create Move – Current Years 3 – 7/8
My child has never attended the camp before, how can I book?
Just go to our web site under section Parents – Holiday Camps, and click the camp that best fits your child’s needs for holiday camp. We use a booking system called Coordinate Sport and you must sign up in order to book sessions. After you have booked the first time the Coordinate Sport booking software will remember your details for future bookings.

Do you have a quick and easy way to book?
You can use the Coordinate Sport app using your login or you can do it directly via our Holiday Camps page.

Am I entitled to a discount?
We offer an Early-Bird discount if booked at least 2 weeks before camp begins. We also have a weekly booking discount that will save you 10% when you book an entire week rather than individual days.
Our pricing is inclusive of VAT
All bookings must be made prior to attending camp
Can I get a refund if my child can’t attend the camp?
We will offer full refunds if your child becomes ill with Covid – 19 during their time at camp. This also applies to any children forced to self-isolate as a result of a child testing positive within the camp. Any other cancellations require a full weeks notice due to the circumstances and way of operating camp, a credit will be provided for all these cancellations.
Can I use my childcare vouchers with Moving Matters?
Yes, you can if you’re booking a camp at The Elmgreen, we are registered onto the following schemes and have a unique reference for each. See below for details on how to make a booking online, please select the PDF file on our Holiday Camp Information page.
Payments must be made and cleared prior to the day of attendance at our holiday camp.
Cash payments will be required on the day if childcare vouchers have not been cleared beforehand.

I can’t find my provider
If your scheme is not listed please call us and we will sign up to your scheme. Please note this process will take a few days to set up and if you’re not set up in time for your booking, you will be required to pay online or with cash.
Can I know more about your staff?
All Moving Matters staff are Primary PE Specialists, working in local schools teaching Physical Education. They are leading industry professionals with a wide range of qualifications and experience delivering to primary aged children across the curriculum. All staff are DBS checked, first aid and child protection trained. Each camp has a Camp Director who is in charge of overseeing the administration, staffing and running of the day. Any issues can be discussed with the Camp Director at the beginning or end of the day. Do you have a behaviour management procedure?
Yes we do, at Moving Matters we believe in the importance of mutual respect between children and adults at camp, children are made aware of these expectations at the beginning of the camp day. We focus on positive reinforcement to manage challenging behaviour and we manage children’s behaviour in the same way we would within the school environment. We reserve the right to exclude a child if consistently challenging behaviour is displayed at camp.
What will my child be doing at camp?
We have a morning, lunch and afternoon break.
During the day we have 4 different activity sessions at each of the Mini Movers, SLD soccer and Play Create Move camps
During breaks children can have a refreshment and take part in any of our break time activities. This summer each group will have their own equipment to use during breaks but children are encouraged to bring in games themselves.
