Practise your batting grip, stance and ball striking with these techniques.

 Activity: Using a cricket bat, a tennis racket, a stick or even a frying pan (ask permission first!) practise your grip, stance and striking the ball/balled socks. This activity is best done with a partner, however you can drop the ball/socks for yourself and practise striking against a wall.


Extension: set up a scoring zone using cones/shoes or any other suitable item and score points by hitting the ball into the scoring zone. How many times can you score in 20 tries?


Daily Challenge: can you hit the scoring zone 3 times in a row before the end of the day?
