Activity 1: Low catching. Using a tennis ball or a pair of balled up socks, practise low catches either with a partner, or by bouncing the ball off a wall. How many can you do without making a mistake? Can you catch it with one hand?

Activity 2: High catching. Throw the ball/socks underarm into the sky, at a height you feel comfortable with and try to make as many catches in a row as you can.
